Round 7

Again this week, most of the favourites got up. Port beating Geelong was really the only upset. So, best of the week were Dee, Gaynor, Grace, Helen, Huddo, Janet, Judith, Peter, Ray and Tony, all with 8, followed by Ausi, Fran, Lara, Robert and me with 7. This mean Gaynor still has a lead of 1 from Tony, with a heap of people close behind.

That was a dismal day for the Crows today. I’d say that was our worst loss for quite a while. Next week we have the Showdown, which will be an interesting night given that Port have found form, almost beating Hawthorn in Melbourne last week, then beating Geelong at Adelaide Oval yesterday. The bookmakers have the Crows as slim favourites at the moment. Fran’s Hawks, Tony’s Dees and Peter’s Pies are all going well.
