Best of the week were Ausi, Gaynor, Janet and Peter with 6, followed by Fran, Helen, Huddo, Judith, Lara, Robert, Sally and Tony with 5. Gaynor has now jumped into the lead in her own right, one ahead of Fran.

Jeremy and I made the trip down the highway for the Crows-Geelong game on Thursday night. The Crows weren’t at their best but the umpires made it hard for us all night, and the Crows have now received yet another apology from the AFL. I loved the Broelman cartoon in yesterday’s Advertiser – I’ve copied it in below. Port are looking wobbly after a shock loss to West Coast, and poor old Carlton – 40-odd points up and ended up getting done easily by Tony’s Demons. Next week begins on Thursday night with Brisbane v Collingwood.
