You have to get your tips to me before the first bounce. Send them by email or text. If your tip comes in after the first bounce, you don’t get it. If you forget to tip for the first game or the first few games, you can still tip for the remaining games that haven’t started yet in that Round. You can also change a tip at any time up to the first bounce, with two exceptions: a) you can’t change your tips in the final round; and b) you can’t change your tips in a finals tip-off. You can tip a ‘draw’ if you want and if you get it right you get 4.
Deciding the Winner
The winner is whoever has the most tips for the year at the end of the minor Round. If there is a tie between two or more people at the end of the minor round, those people will go into a sudden-death play-off in the finals. Everyone in the play-off will tip on all 4 games in the first week. If there is a winner after that, that’s the end of it, but if there is still a tie after that it goes on to the next weekend, and if necessary the next weekend, and so on. All tipsters tipping in the finals play-off will tip a margin in every game. If it goes all the way to the grand final, and both or all tipsters tip the same team, the winner will be the person with the lowest aggregate margin on their winning tips through the whole finals series.
