It was a round with a lot of games that were pretty-50-50 but in the end most of the teams that were marginal favourites got up, except in Essendon v Port. Leading the way with a perfect 8 was Helen – way to go Helen! Then with 7 out of 8 were Ausi, Dee, Gaynor, Judith, Peter, and Rob, followed by Annie, Hudson and Janet with 6. At the top of the ladder, meanwhile, it’s now a four-way tie between Annie, Judith, Peter and Rob, with Ausi, Dee and Gaynor all one back.
In the end, that was a very good win for the Crows against a North Melbourne side that is much better this year. Next week, however, is a big test, playing the in-form Gold Coast at Gold Coast.
How good was that Sheffield Shield win! And how great that spectators swarmed onto the oval after Sangha hit the winning runs.

The Ladder after Round 3…
