Jeremy got all 9. The first 9 of the year. He’s been in hot form the last couple of weeks and has jumped up the ladder (see the ‘Ladder’ page). But father and son Robert and Austin did well too. They both got 8 and that puts Robert in the lead, one ahead of Cathy.
What a game for the Crows in Ballarat on Sunday. Jeremy and I were there, in the cheer squad right behind the goals, so we had a bird’s eye view of all three of Tex’s goals including the sealer at the end. We beat the Bulldogs and we beat the umps who, as always, were doing everything in their power to get the Bulldogs over the line. What a win. And what a beautiful drive back home to Coburg North it was.
